Q. How can I pair Amazfit GTR?
\nA. Please download the Amazfit app through the application markets, and register or log into your account.
\nOpen the app to choose \"Profile – Add device – Watch – Amazfit GTR\" to start searching for nearby devices.
\nPlease tap the check-mark when it shows a pairing request on the watch.
\nIf you find that the Amazfit app supports pairing through directly scanning codes when you open it, please point the scanner to the QR code on the watch, and then you can quickly pair the device.
\nThe watch, once paired, usually needs to be updated. Please wait for the updating process finish with patience. With the mobile network and Bluetooth on, you also need to keep the watch close to your mobile phone in order to ensure a successful upgrade.

\nQ. Do I need to turn on Bluetooth to connect Amazfit GTR all the time?

\nA. Yes, you can pair Amazfit GTR with an account that you have already used to pair other models.
But you can’t connect them at the same time. One of them can be an active device and connected with your mobile phone and the other one will disconnect.
Note: You can’t pair two Amazfit GTR in one account at the same time.
Q. How do I charge my Amazfit GTR?
\nA. 1) Take out the charging base, match the copper cylinder heads with the stainless steel touch points of the watch, and press it to ensure that they match well enough and there are no obvious gaps:
2) Connect the USB connector on the other end of the charging base to a mobile phone charger with a voltage of DC 5.0 V and an output current above 500 mA to charge your watch (A brand mobile phone charger is recommended), or you may connect the base to your PC for charging.
Q. Why does my watch (GTR) run out of battery power fast?
A. The most power-consuming functions of the Amazfit GTR watches include motor vibration, GPS positioning and the light of the screen. If you often run for exercise, receive pushed messages frequently, use instant scalping watch face, or set a much too long screen-on duration, then it's normal that your watch runs out of battery power fast. If you don't use these functions often, fully charge your watch, turn on Do Not Disturb mode, set the brightness of the watch to the lowest level, turn off the Bluetooth, set your watch to the default watch face, and then observe the power consumption after placing it still for 24 hours. If the power consumption is over 2% (Amazfit GTR 47 mm), 5% (Amazfit GTR 42 mm), please submit your feedback to help us analyze and locate the issue.

Q. Why my Amazfit Bip S won't show caller ID but the phone number on incoming calls?

\nCheck the setting and application management on your phone to make sure Amazfit APP is given permission and allowed to read your contacts.

Q. How to set up App Notifications in Amazfit app?
\nA. 1. Open Amazfit App and tap on“Profile” in the lower right-hand corner.

\n5. Tap on “Manage apps” in the lower middle of the screen and select app to alert.

Q. How to set DND mode (Silent Mode) on Bip S?
\nA. Swipe down from the home screen of the watch, Tap on DND, you will have three options: “Now”, “Not now” and “Auto”. When you choose “Now”, your watch will stop alerting for phone call, SMS/APP/EMAIL and other push notifications from apps you set immediately. However, if you choose Auto, Bip S will stop alerting only in the night when it detects you are sleeping.

Q. Why won't my Bip S connect/sync?
\nA. 1. Check battery level: If you cannot connect, make sure your Amazfit Bip S is fully charged. Place your device on the charger base for 10 minutes, remove from the charger base and try connecting again.
\n2. Force quit and reopen Amazfit app
\n3. If it doesn’t sync, close the app and turn off and on the Bluetooth on your phone, reopen the app and try connecting again.
\n4. Reboot your phone
\n5. Uninstall/Install mobile application
\n6. For Android: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then unpair the Bluetooth devices and please make sure you have enabled the Location under the Amazfit permissions
\n7. For IOS: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove the Amazfit device. To do so, tap on the icon next to the Amazfit and tap Forget this device. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON. Re-open App and try connecting again.
\nIf still failed, please use another phone to have a try.
\nNote: Please keep away from other Bluetooth devices when connecting.

Q. Why isn't my Bip S turning on?
\nA. You can press the right side start button to turn on Bip S.
If your Bip S isn't turning on, please try the following:
Remove the watch screen protector.
Make sure your device has charge. If its battery drains, please charge it for 20 minutes and check if you can turn it on.
If Bip S doesn’t show charging interface, please check if you charge it properly. Make sure Bip S is connected securely to the charging base and press or adjust to make them connected tightly. Then, check if the USB port, charging adaptor, outlets or the charging base is faulty.
Note: Press the physical button for 8 seconds to turn on watch. If it isn’t turning on, please long-press the button to have a try.
\n
Q. Why isn't my Bip S Charging?
\nA. Normally, watch will show a charging interface when charging.
If your Bip S is not charging properly, please check the following steps to troubleshoot your issue.
1. Check if Bip S is connected securely to the charging base. If not, press or adjust to make them connected tightly.
2. Check if the USB port, charging adapter, outlets or the charging base is faulty.
3. Check if the charging contacts on the back of the Bip S or the charging base are dirty.
4. If they are dirty, please use a toothpick or a toothbrush with rubbing alcohol to clean the charging contacts on the back and soak a cotton swab with alcohol, then press it to the charging pins on the charging base carefully. Please do not scrape the contacts with a wire brush or anything metal because this may damage the plating and cause corrosion. Please clean them thoroughly and make sure that no debris from the swab is left behind. Then, wipe with a dry cloth or tissue before charging.
5. For new watches, please remove the watch screen protector before charging your device.

Q. How to turn on my Bip S smartwatch?
\nA. First, make sure your watch is charged to avoid interruptions during the initial setup process.
To turn on your watch, press the button on the right-hand side of your watch.
To turn off your watch, press the same button on its right side to wake the watch, swipe left till you see “SETTINGS”. Tap on SETTINGS and swipe UP, you will see an option to turn off the watch. Tap on “tick” on the interface to turn off.

Q. How do I charge my Bip S smartwatch?
A. Please fully charge your watch before use. It takes about 2.5 hour to fully charge it.
To charge your Amazfit Bip S:
Insert the watch into its charging base, attach the USB end of the charger to your PC or a normal charging adaptor. Once clipped in, the watch face will light up and show that the watch as “charging”.
Note: Charger adapter output values is DC 5.0V.

The Body Composition measurement uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology to track body composition based on body fat, skeletal muscle, muscle, water, bone mass, protein, BMI and Basal Metabolism measurements. It is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition and results are for reference only. The function should not be used by pregnant women, people with implantable pacemakers, defibrillators or other implanted medical apparatus. Body composition test data may be inaccurate for people below the age of 20, professional athletes or other populations with few special circumstances, and results may vary depending on your arm posture during measurement. Before measuring your body composition, please enter the required physical characteristics into your Zepp App profile, and follow the instructions during the test.
6. Zepp Coach AI Chat is not available in all countries/regions, and will be available for a trial period with subsequent use requiring subscription.
7. Race Achievement Predictions only tracks data from the Outdoor Running mode. At least one 3km run must be completed in order to obtain performance prediction data. Predictions can be provided for the following race types: 3km race, two-mile race, three-mile race, 10km, half marathon, and full marathon.
8. Smart recognition of strength training exercises can only be engaged within the Strength Training sports mode. 25 exercises are able to be recognized at time of product release, including: Bodyweight squats, Bodyweight straight arm front squats, Barbell squats, Tricep pushdowns, Bent over rows, Barbell bench press, Sit-up holds, Knee-touch sit-ups, Dumbbell flys, Burpees, Burpee jumps, Overhead tricep extensions, Lying tricep extensions, Lateral raises, Jumping jacks, Lat pulldowns, Deadlift, Push-up, Shoulder press, Pull up, Bicep curls, Seated cable rows, Dumbbell drag curls, Straight-arm pulldowns, Russian twists. If an exercise is not auto-recognized by watch, the Zepp App can provide a list of muscle groups or exercise names to choose from.
9. Corresponding sports modes include: Outdoor Running, Treadmill, Walking, Indoor Walking, Outdoor Cycling, Pool Swimming, Rowing Machine, Elliptical. The accuracy and sensitivity of the workout recognition feature varies from person to person, and are related to the posture and proficiency of the user during their workout. Short workout duration or frequent changes in posture may not trigger the automatic recognition feature. When you are driving a car or taking a bus, or taking part in other such activities, accidental recognition may be triggered if these activities are particularly similar to the selected workout mode. When you are conducting outdoor activities, if the GPS signal is poor or the AGPS data information has not been synchronized with the mobile phone for an extended period, these outdoor activities may be assessed as indoor activities.
10. Live Sports Data Broadcast supports English and Chinese voice broadcasts.
11. Indoor positioning services are not supported. Positioning speed and accuracy may be affected by the surrounding environment. The number of satellites connected to simultaneously, and specific satellite connections, may depend on your location.

Navigation functions are compatible with these 18 sports modes: Outdoor running, Walking, Outdoor cycling, Climbing, Hiking, Cross-country skiing, Mountain biking, BMX, Outdoor boating, Bobsleigh and tobogganing, Sledding, Ski orienteering, Biathlon, Race walking, Snowshoeing, Trail running, Orienteering, Open water swimming. The shown straight line back to the start of a journey may not be a practical route to follow due to environmental factors; this is only intended to help you keep track of your position in relation to the start point of the journey.
13. Connection to these apps may depend on your location and smartphone device.
14. The maximum storage space for music is 2.3GB (due to the system space occupied, the actual space used by the user may be less than 2.3GB); based on 5-10MB per song, it can store up to 270-470 MP3 songs.
15. Only cycling power meters that support BLE connection are compatible with the watch.
16. 24-hour monitoring of heart rate and blood-oxygen saturation (SpO2) need to be enabled in the Zepp App. For heart rate monitoring, the user must enable Auto Heart Rate Monitor in the Zepp App, and the minimum value can be set to 1 minute. Abnormal heart rate alerts and the preset value need to be set in the Zepp App. To measure blood-oxygen saturation (SpO₂), please wear the watch tightly at one finger-width from the wrist, and keep your arm still for best results. SpO₂ alerts are sent if the detected rate is too low compared to the preset value, which needs to be set in the Zepp App, at a minimum of 80%. Movement, and environmental and physical characteristics can affect speed and accuracy of monitoring and measurement. The 24-hour stress level monitoring needs to be enabled on the watch or in the Zepp App. Alerts for high stress levels are based on the preset value, and prompts for the breathing exercise need to be enabled on the watch. To process the one-tap measurement and other manual metric measurements, please wear the watch tightly at one finger-width from the wrist, and keep your arm still for best results. Movement, and environmental and physical characteristics can affect speed and accuracy of monitoring and measurement.

18. Sleep monitoring can record night sleep and naps that last more than 20 minutes. Sleep Breathing Quality tracking needs to be enabled in the Zepp App or in the settings of the watch's Sleep feature.
19. Always-on Display: When the screen is illuminated, it displays system content. When the screen is in standby mode, it displays the time. This function requires users to manually set \"Always-on Display\". The user can switch on or off this feature through the watch or Zepp App.

Health monitoring functions such as heart rate, blood-oxygen and stress monitoring are turned off, and only basic sleep monitoring is enabled; Bluetooth connection is limited to BLE, raising the wrist to light up the screen is turned off, and GPS is turned off.

AOD Mode: Under heavy usage scenario, with the smart screen display function turned on.
Accuracy GPS Mode: Turn on heart rate monitoring and GPS movement (dual-frequency, all satellites).
Automatic GPS Mode: Turn on heart rate monitoring and GPS movement. This mode lasts approximately 44 hours, but the actual duration may vary depending on the satellite signal strength in your location.
Power Saving GPS Mode: Turn on heart rate monitoring and GPS exercise (single frequency, GPS low power consumption).

According to the ISO 22810-2010 standard, the Amazfit Balance achieves a rating of 5 ATM, for a water-resistance of up to 50 meters, and is therefore suitable for splashes, snow, showering, or swimming. It has passed third-party testing conducted by TUV SUD, and the report numbers are 68.189.23.0105.01 and 68.189.23.0156.01. Remove the watch when taking a hot shower or trip to the sauna, since too much steam can affect the seal and make it less water-resistant in future. Do not wear the watch with a leather or metal strap when swimming - when preparing to swim, change to a fluoroelastomer strap or other suitable type. Q. How to pair my Amazfit T-Rex?
\nA. 1) Please download the Amazfit app through any app store, and register or log into your account.
2) Open the app and go to \"Profile – Add device – Watch – Amazfit T-Rex\" to start searching for nearby devices.
3) Once the watch is searched, follow the prompts on the watch to complete pairing.
4) Once paired, the watch usually needs to be updated. Please wait for the updating process to finish. With the mobile network and Bluetooth on, you also need to keep the watch close to your mobile phone in order to ensure a successful upgrade.
6) If you need to unpair your watch, open the Amazfit app—Amzfit T-Rex and choose \"Unpair\" on the device page.
Q. Do I need to turn on Bluetooth to connect Amazfit T-Rex all the time?
\nA. No, you don’t need to turn on Bluetooth on your phone all the time.
\n
Turn on Bluetooth when you need to sync data, receive notifications, update firmware, and set alarms.
Turn off Bluetooth, the watch will still track your steps, sleep, activities and vibrate for alarms.
Q. Can I pair Amazfit T-REX with an account which has already paired with Amazfit watch?
A. Yes, you can pair Amazfit T-REX with an account that you have already used to pair other models.
But you can’t connect them at the same time. One of them can be an active device and connected with your mobile phone and the other one will disconnect.
Note: You can’t pair two Amazfit T-REX in one account at the same time.
Q. Does Amazfit T-Rex support customized watch face?
\nA. It's not supported at the moment, but the function may be supported later. Please follow the official announcement for updates.
Q. What should I do if I fail to receive the notifications?
A. Please understand that the content displayed on the watch is the same as what you can see from the notification bar of the mobile phone. Can you see the SMS notifications from the notification bar on your phone? Please note that alerts will only appear on the watch if they pop up on phone.
And a pre-populated list of existing applications on your mobile device will not appear in Amazfit App. Only applications that generate notifications will appear in the list and will populate over time as notifications arrive.
Please check the following steps to troubleshoot your issue:
A. Enable the app alerts in the app.
1) Open Amazfit App and tap on“Profile” in the lower right-hand corner.
2) Tap on My devices-- Amazfit T-Rex
3) Tap on App alerts to allow Amazfit app access notifications
4) Turn on App Alerts
5) Tap on “Manage apps” in the lower middle of the screen and select the app to alert.
Note: If you toggle on “only receive app alerts when the screen is off”, you will only receive app alerts when your phone screen is off.
B. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your mobile phone.
C. Check if you enable DND mode (Silent mode) on the watch. Please disable if enabled.
D. Make sure your phone notification bar is functioning.
F. Go to your phone settings, find app notifications, toggle off and on, reboot your phone, restart Amazfit app and try again.
G. Go to Amazfit App-Profile-My devices Amazfit T-Rex tap Run in background to check the settings and make sure that Amazfit app runs in the background.
If you are using an iPhone, please go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > MessageS/Amazfit app >Toggle on all the alerts. And please make sure you have enabled others in Amazfit app.
