Shoe Size Exchange Policy:

We understand that finding the right size can be difficult when shopping online, so we are happy to offer a one-time exchange for footwear.

The exchange must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the shoes.
The shoes must be exchanged for a different size in the same style and heel height.
