This creates a stiff platform to get your power to the pedals with minimal waste. However, with a stiffness index of 8 out of 15, it's not so stiff as to cause long-distance discomfort, instead, it balances direct power transfer with some flex to help absorb road vibrations. Meanwhile, the seamless unibody upper ensures there's no chance of chafing and also reduces any pressure points that can cause discomfort while also creating a lightweight and bulk-free shoe.

Another vital feature is the generous venting across the upper and the sole unit, allowing your feet to breathe and remain fresh when temperatures rise. With 3 lightweight straps, you'll also find the fit is remarkably easy to get just right, enhancing comfort when you're ticking off those fun summer cycling miles.

Cleat Guidance

These Road Shoes are compatible with road bike pedal systems that use cleats with 3-bolt standards, such as: Look Delta and Keo, Shimano SPD-SL, Speedplay Light Action, Zero, X-Series (via 3-hole adapter plate), Campagnolo Pro-Fit, Mavic Zxellium, Time Iclic/Xpresso, and Time Impact.
