Ayurveda recommends these spices for the first 40 days post delivery to help lactation, build up an appetite and aid digestion making it a great ajwain tea for new moms.

Ajwain/carrom seeds 31%, Jeera/cumin 31%, Sauf/fennel seeds 31%, Shatapushpa/Dill seeds 7% & nothing else

Boil 2 tsp of the mix in 1litre of water for 10 mins. Sieve and pour the spiced water/ajwain tea/fennel seeds tea into a flask. Enjoy this warm tea through out the day.

Best before 12 months from Manufacturing. Store in a dry steel or glass container. Refrigeration is not needed
