gold isn’t mentioned in the ingredients because gold isn’t added as flakes or powder, but the oil is soaked in 24k pure gold to get the oil energised.

usage: clean your face well to remove any dust or sweat. let your face be fresh from the filler bottle, apply 2-3 drops of kalyashastra kumkumadi face oil on your face & neck. you can use this on any area of your body to treat any darkness or pigmentations. massage it gently & evenly all over in circular upward strokes for 5 - 10 minutes. you can also use guasha or the rollers made from precious crystals to get the oil spread well & get it absorbed evenly all over

please shake the bottle before every use. this is prepared in a very traditional method & hence the goodness of all the ingredients will sediment at the bottom of the bottle. so, shake well before use.

story behind our kumkumadhi face oil is, I am always a fan of kumkumadhi oil. ardent fan when it treated the pigmentation for my husband some 14-15 years back. i’ve tried from various brands.

i realized that though the basic formulation is inspired from scriptures, the brands add their own twist to make it proprietary. when we had kalyashastra, i so badly wanted to nail the oil with the best possible ingredients & yet not make the cost sky-rocket. i want to keep the cost controlled. i wanted the best sandalwood, red sandalwood for kumkumadhi oil.

now you know why you have amara. (amara is the red sandalwood & sandalwood face pack ) so, to get the kumkumadhi oil, i planned these 2 products & then started search & sourced ethically.

finally things have come together & today 2-2-2022, launching the kumkumadhi face oil that i lovvve really lovvvvee.

the only twist i have added to the traditional formula is to soak & energise the oil from 24k gold plates & gold bars for 21 days. every ingredient in this oil - from lotus petals, to licorice, to vetiver to milk to sesame oil – i have not compromised on anything. and traditional kalvam method is used to make pastes to avoid any extra heat generation while grinding
