How to use:

You can use the roller and gua sha alternately to maximize their benefits
Face roller requires lesser time and can be incorporated in the morning ritual and Gua Sha can be used during nighttime

Face Roller:

Take 2-4 drops of any face elixir on your fingertips (never let the dropper touch your skin directly to prevent contamination) and pat it on your skin and neck
Place the large end of the jade roller on your chin, apply medium pressure and roll it towards your ear. Repeat in the same spot 5-6 times, then move up along your cheek. Repeat on the opposite side.
Next, move up to your forehead. Starting in the middle of your forehead, use the large end to roll towards your ears. Repeat in the same motion 5-6 times then switch to the opposite side of your forehead.
Using the small end, apply medium pressure and roll from the inner eye towards the outer corner. Repeat 10-15 times and switch to the other eye.
Start from the base of the neck to the jaw line in an upward roll. Repeat 5-10 times.
Next roll from the chin towards the ear just under the jaw line, chiseling the jaw line. Repeat 5-10 times.

Gua Sha:

Take 2-4 drops of any face elixir on your fingertips (never let the dropper touch your skin directly to prevent contamination) and pat it on your skin and neck
Start with the neck in upward strokes — from the collarbone till you reach your jaw. You can also do the sides and the back of the neck going upwards
Using the notched side of the stone, move to the right side of your face, start from your chin and stroke through your jawline till you reach your ear.
Use the long flat side of the stone to move upwards on the cheek. The stone should rub across your cheek. Support your skin on the opposite side with your other hand.
Move to the under-eye region and place the notched side of the stone right below the eye (facing upward), close to the top of your nose and stroke it upwards.
Run the notched edge of the stone along your eyebrow and stroke upward and outward.
