The M50x produces stupendously clear, clean and most of all, accurately balanced and rich throughout the frequency spectrum making them an ideal headphones for listening to all types of genres. You can distinctly hear bright sounding vocals and instrumentals in one single track.

The drivers used in the Audio Technica ATH-M50x are 45mm large and custom made drivers with copper-coated aluminum voice coils and rare-earth magnets. M50x creates a large sense of scale that’s obviously the exact opposite of cluttered and muddy-sounding audio.

The M50x, even though made of plastic, is known for its use of high quality textured matte construction and overall solid durability. The Pro grade material has been used for the ear cups as well as the headband.

Circumaural design contours around the ears for excellent sound isolation in loud environments. 90° rotating ear cups ensure you can do some critical listening, one ear at a time.

The M50x includes three cable options: 1.2m - 3.0m coiled cable, 1.2m straight and 3.0 m straight cable. The 3m straight single-side cable is designed to make the headphones convenient for studio tracking, mixing and field recording. They are very convenient in terms of usage and make life simple. Making them the top choice for studio tracking and mixing, as well as DJ monitoring and personal listening.
