Roasted and chakki ground, our bengal gram flour is a rich source of protein, fiber, vitamins and a lot more, making it a wholesome addition to your daily diet. Storage & Shelf Life

Best before 9 months from date of manufacturing, fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.

Cooking Method Sattu Nimbu paani

In a glass of chilled water add 2 tbsp of Jiwa Chana Sattu Flour
Add 2 tsp of jaggery powder along with a pinch of black salt and a dash of lemon
Stir well and drink fresh
Roast on a hot tawa till brown spots appear on both sides. Serve hot.
